I was recommended to Ram by a colleague who had used them for property refurb they had just completed, so arranged to meet him for a quote. I had just finalised the purchase of a property that required a lot of work! A full back to brick renovation with internal walls being taken down and reconfigured.
Doug was able to quickly give me a detailed competitive quote and also offer me alternative ideas on what I thought I needed or wanted to do during the refurbishment.
Doug was in regular contact during the works by sending me detailed photos and making phone calls to explain how things were going. Due to my location I was only able to visit the property on a weekend, so Doug would also give up his free time to meet me on a weekend to show me round to give updates on how things were progressing. Having someone to project manage the refurb really made things a lot easier when not being able to visit the property regularly. Everyone who has seen the completed works has commented on the quality, (agents, building control) saying how good it looks. I even managed to let it to a tenant before it was advertised through the agent.
We’ve already started talking about working on my next property project together which Doug will be given the contract on once I’ve found something suitable!
